Hi there, thank you for taking the time to read a little about me!
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and a Professional Member of the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association. I completed my Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Psychology from Brock University and my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
As we all aim to be the best versions of ourselves throughout our lives, I hope to join you on this journey of positive change and growth. Therapy can feel overwhelming and intimidating at times, however, my goal is to make this experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for you.
My areas of interest include but are not limited to supporting clients who experience challenges with stress, anxiety, depression, concerns around self-esteem/self-confidence/self-acceptance, and improving one’s overall well-being, through building adaptive coping mechanisms and implementing positive life transitions.
I highly value providing clients with a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment. Therefore, I would like to take the time to collaboratively build a strong relationship with my clients where I ensure that they are receiving support and empathy.
Outside of therapy I enjoy working out, reading, travelling, and spending my time outdoors in the warmer months.
I have training and experience in the following modalities and therapeutic interventions:
